How do I make a return or exchange?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at info@annasheffield.com. Your request for return will be answered by our customer service team within 1-3 business days, and will provide further instructions for sending in your return.

All orders will incur a 10% restocking fee (not to exceed $500) for returned items. Items being exchanged for another item will not incur the 10% restocking fee. 

All Fine Jewelry purchased from our Future Heritage Fund collection and Terra Firma collections are subject to the restocking fee.

What items can be returned and how long do I have to make a return?

We accept returns for engagement rings, bands, and fine jewelry for up to two weeks after items are delivered/ received by the purchaser. The items must be unworn/unused and must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customized, engraved, or bespoke jewelry orders are final sale. Gift Cards, accessories, and home goods such as jewelry cleaners, books, and pottery are final sale.

We check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment and do our best to ensure that you receive exceptional product. Note that it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Merchandise that has been damaged by the purchaser/ recipient will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.

How can I ship my return or exchange back to Anna Sheffield?

After your return has been confirmed via email with our sales team, please ship your return or exchange with its original packaging via a parcel service that is traceable and insured. We highly recommend insuring your parcel as we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail. The client is responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return upon receipt. Original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return upon receipt. Original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded. Please allow 3-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Purchases made using Venmo may also take up to 5 business days.

Which items are final sale?

Cancellations

I just placed my order but would like to cancel it. How can I do that?

Please email our team at info@annasheffield.com to request a cancellation. Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 2 business days of order to avoid any additional fees or charges.

There will be a fee for cancelled engagement ring orders beginning 3 days after the order is submitted and production begins

General Shipping Information

Shipping times are approximate.  FedEx & UPS only deliver Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

BRIDAL styles are generally made to order, the average shipping time-frame is 4-6 weeks. If you require a faster delivery please contact, info@annasheffield.com and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your order.

 

Shipping & Delivery FAQ's

How do I know if my order is in-stock or made-to-order?

Product availability and production timelines are listed on the product page for the item. Pieces that are in-stock will ship in 1-3 business days. 

If you are looking for an Engagement Ring that is in-stock, please see our In Stock Engagement Rings collection. Additionally, we have collections for in-stock Bands and in-stock Fine Jewelry.

 

If I pay for Overnight/Expedited shipping, will my order get produced faster?

Please note that the Overnight/Expedited Shipping option does not expedite the production timeline. If you have paid for overnight shipping, your order will be shipped via UPS overnight when the order is completed.

 

Shipping FAQ's - Domestic Orders

What is your shipping method for Domestic Orders?

We ship all domestic parcels via UPS. Orders valued at above $300 receive complementary shipping via UPS 2 Day. Other shipping options include Next Day shipping ($75), and Standard Shipping ($20). All of our pieces are fully insured while in transit, and must be signed for when received.

 

Does Fedex or UPS deliver to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, Fedex and UPS do not delivery to P.O. boxes. If you have entered a P.O. Box as a delivery address, please reach out to our sales team as soon as possible to adjust it at info@annasheffield.com, or our sales team will reach out to you for an address update prior to shipment.

 

Shipping FAQ's - International Orders

Do you ship internationally? 

We serve customers around the world via FedEx International Priority and are fully insured. Shipping times vary, depending on the destination country, and take approximately 3–15 business days. Please note that all International shipments are subject to duties and taxes at time of delivery, and are the responsibility of the client.

 

Are you still currently shipping to the UK?

Yes! We are excited to announce that we are still shipping to the UK as usual. Please note that duties and taxes are required at time of delivery and are the responsibilities of our clients.

 

Can Anna Sheffield confirm the amount of duties and taxes for International Orders? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the tax rate for imported items to international countries, as these rates vary by country and fluctuate. We recommend reaching out to your local post service to determine the current tax rate for jewelry.
